He is Chairman of MBA-IT a leading supplier of IT solutions to Financial Services as well as running his own successful consultancy. Rob is also a non-exec director of various digital technology/media/marketing companies throughout the world. Rob has helped drive 5 very successful exits in his career with 3 in the last 2 years.

The founders of blogl have worked together now for over 10 years on a variety of projects.  All of us were part of the dot-com boom.  Fiona and Simon spent a couple of years building a portfolio of dating sites from scratch.  The business was successfully monetised, to a turnover of over £1m per annum, with profit margins of 35% before selling out to a large competitor.  Rob directed a number of projects including the internet currency Beenz and an early natural language search engine, Q-Go, where he met Fiona.

Blogl utilises some of the expertise we developed working on dating sites.  It builds on our experience as bloggers and it aims to harness the power of word of mouth marketing.
